BLIIOT EtherCAT I/O system BL202 is a distributed, pluggable, and compact IO system. It features dual Ethernet ports to support switch cascade functionality and adheres to the standard EtherCAT protocol.

The EtherCAT Coupler BL202 supports a maximum input of 1024 bytes and a maximum output of 1024 bytes. It can expand to accommodate up to 32 modules of various functionalities including DI (Digital Input), DO (Digital Output), AI (Analog Input), AO (Analog Output), thermocouples, and resistance thermometers within the M-series IO modules.

Using a high-speed backplane bus, the coupler can manage up to 32 slave stations with a maximum scan cycle of 10ms when fully loaded. It includes built-in EtherCAT diagnostic functions for real-time monitoring of IO module communication status and provides a 2000mA driving circuit for IO modules.

The EtherCAT Distributed I/O system BL202 is compatible with most EtherCAT master stations including TwinCAT, Codesys, Omron, and others. Its compact and small form factor makes it suitable for various industrial automation systems.
