[Problem]: RTU5027 / RTU5020 connect to cloud platform Ver3.0, Frequent offline
[Reason] Configuration software set the heartbeat packet time for too long.
[Solution]: Set the heartbeat period to 30 seconds with the SMS command 1234HT30. 
      Note: The heartbeat time is less than the timeout of the device.
